Julia Franks, is originally from New Jersey where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rider University. Franks then moved to West Virginia where she received a Master of Arts degree in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University. Franks has worked at Shepherd since 2014 and is passionate about student success. Franks is a big proponent of assisting students to take their education and future into their own hands and witnessing the gratification and happiness a student feels when it all just clicks.
