Weekday Campus Tours
Campus tours are offered each weekday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., lasting approximately 90 minutes to two hours, and are led by our student ambassadors. Prior to the tour portion beginning, a presentation is provided by admissions staff to learn more about Shepherd. (Staff are also available following the tour for questions.) Schedule a campus tour today to see campus, explore Shepherdstown, and enjoy the surrounding area! *For all 10 a.m. tours, we offer a complimentary lunch in our dining hall after the tour!

Open House
Explore Shepherd at your own pace! Build your ideal visit by choosing the experiences that interest you most—from touring campus and residence halls to meeting faculty, staff, and current students.
Discover academic programs, explore student life, and get a feel for what it’s really like to be a Ram. Visiting on a game day? Stick around and cheer on the NCAA Division II Shepherd Rams football team for the ultimate campus experience!
Both Open Houses take place on Saturdays, beginning at 9 a.m. Your schedule is flexible, so you can stay for as much—or as little—as you’d like. Activities wrap up just before noon… and kickoff!

High School Junior Day |
Junior Day is the perfect opportunity to begin thinking about post-graduation plans! High School Junior Day allows students to learn about the admissions process, tour campus, and get an early start on the college planning process. Designed for juniors, this event is also open to sophomores. Stay tuned for our 2027 date. |
Admitted Students Day |
Held each spring, Admitted Students Day is designed especially for students who have been admitted to Shepherd University. Whether you have already committed to Shepherd or are still exploring your college options, this is an event you will not want to miss! Connect with future classmates, meet faculty and staff, explore campus, and learn more about what comes next. Keep an eye out for your invitation and upcoming event date or dates. |

Group Visit
Interested in bringing a group of students to campus? Consider scheduling a group tour! Lasting approximately 90 minutes to two hours, group tours begin with a presentation to learn more about Shepherd and a full campus tour of academic buildings, residence halls, and student centers. Following submission of the request, an admissions counselor will be in contact to begin planning.

Undergraduate Virtual Admissions Appointments
Students can connect one-on-one with an admissions counselor to learn more about the admissions process, degree programs, and seek answers to questions. Appointments are offered in person, via phone, or via videoconference.
