Schedule a Counseling Appointment
In-Person Counseling
Appointments can be scheduled by completing an online request form through RamPulse. Once the request form is submitted, it will go directly to the Counseling Services director who will assign the student to a counseling team member. The assigned counselor will reach out to the student within two business days, to schedule an intake appointment.

Case management helps students connect to on-campus and community resources.
It bridges the gap between Counseling Services and practical supports by assisting students in accessing, navigating, and coordinating the resources they need to succeed. In case management, an undergraduate intern works with students to identify their needs, set goals, and connect them to appropriate supports that promote their academic, social, and emotional well-being.
