For Potential New Members
Welcome!
Shepherd University is home to three Greek governing bodies—the Shepherd Fraternity Council, College Panhellenic Association, and All Greek Council—overseeing a total of ten organizations. Each council and organization have their own set of values and philanthropy initiatives but work together as a united body to support the campus community.
Our chapters participate in recruitment each semester and hold open houses and special events to allow potential new members (PNMs) to get to know the group. Everyone is welcome to attend these events without obligation to join. Recruitment events will all be posted on RamPulse and Corq as well as on chapter social media accounts.
Shepherd University is a place to build memories and friendships for a lifetime. Being a part of a fraternity or sorority is a great way to enhance that experience while being involved both on-campus and in the greater community. Shepherd’s Greek community collectively raises thousands of dollars for charity, leads dozens of service projects, and sets the bar for academic achievement and campus leadership. The friendships and experiences gained as part of joining a fraternity of sorority will last a lifetime!
