Office AssistantsOffice Assistants are student employees who work in the main Residence Life Office. Responsibilities include front-end customer service, answering phones, paperwork management, and other office functions. Students also assist in mail and package processing, delivery, and documentation.

Residence Hall Improvement Crew – RHICRHIC crew members are student employees who focus on facilities work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to painting, moving room items, furniture repairs, cleaning, and more.

Administrative & Overnight Conference Assistants – ACAs & OCAsACAs are summer employees who provide customer service to organizations using Shepherd’s residence halls during camps. Responsibilities include checking in and out conference attendees, preparing rooms, maintaining inventories, and more. OCAs provide on-call overnight customer service to these same groups.
