Office & postal AssistantOffice and Postal assistants are student employees who works in the main Residence Life Office. Responsibilities include front-end customer service, answering phones, paperwork management, and other office functions. Residence Hall Improvement Crew (RHIC)RHIC crew members are student employees who focus on facilities work. Administrative Conference Assistants (ACAs)ACAs are a summer position that provide customer service to the organizations who bring their members and camps to Shepherd to utilize our residence halls. Overnight Conference Assistants (OCAs)OCAs are a summer position that provide customer service to the organizations who bring their members and camps to Shepherd to utilize our residence halls. OCAs main responsibility is to provide overnight customer service through accessibility through a duty number to assess concerns that conference attendees may have. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general administrative tasks, maintaining inventories, cleaning rooms, and checking in and out guests. • Applications open each Spring semester for summer student employment.
