All forms can be printed.  Once completed with their required signatures and/or attachments, they may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in one of four ways: 

• scanned and sent by email from your secure rams.shepherd.edu account, to register@shepherd.edu; 
• by fax to our office at 304-876-5136;
• by mail to:
