Client Information
We are located at Boteler Hall 102E, 303 W Campus Drive, Shepherdstown, WV. Boteler Hall is one of 6 Suite Style housing buildings on campus, so look out for the Boteler sign and find us on the bottom floor with the ram on the door!
To become a client, please complete the Ram Pantry Client Intake form. This must be completed at the beginning of each academic year!
To receive pantry items, please stop by the Ram Pantry during operation hours in the fall and spring semesters:
- Mondays 9 am-12 pm
- Thursdays 3 pm-6 pm
- Summer Hours: Wednesdays 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
The Ram Pantry is closed on all holidays and during inclement weather if the university is closed. If you have any questions or concerns about our hours, please contact our Pantry Coordinator.
