Holly Morgan Frye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) and a Master of Arts degree in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University. Frye has worked at Shepherd University since 1999, most recently as Director of Student Community Services and Service Learning and as Coordinator of Alumni Affairs. Prior to her career in higher education, Frye worked in public relations, marketing, advertising, and management. She is a member of the Shepherdstown Rotary Club and serves on the Steering Committee for the Jefferson County WV Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. |

Julia Franks is originally from New Jersey where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rider University. Franks then moved to West Virginia where she received a Master of Arts degree in College Student Development and Administration from Shepherd University. During her time at Shepherd, Franks found her passion working with new incoming students and now oversees Orientation Programming. Additionally, in her role as the Director of Student Success, Franks is a big proponent in assisting students to take their education and future into their own hands and witnessing the gratification and happiness a student feels when it all just clicks. |

Danielle Stephenson, from Charles Town West Virginia, graduated from Shepherd University in 2020 with a B.S. in Political Science. She remained at Shepherd to obtain her M.A. in College Student Development and Administration, which she received in May of 2022. Danielle is passionate about helping students succeed at all points of their college career, inspired by her involvement on campus as an undergraduate student. She knew that she wanted to use her political science background to benefit students—she aspires to work in higher education policy in the future! Danielle is excited to be a Success Coach because she will get to witness student growth first-hand! |

Juneau Daggs, originally from Falling Waters, West Virginia, graduated from Shepherd in the Spring of 2021 with a B.S. in Communication and New Media. He is currently pursuing his M.A. in College Student Development and Administration and a Graduate Assistantship with the Student Success Center. During his time at Shepherd for his undergraduate, he was part of the Multicultural Leadership Team on campus as well as the sitting Marketing Chair for the Shepherd University Program Board. Juneau likes to focus on making sure students are well equipped for the challenges of collegiate life, be it stress, time management, or balancing fun and school. |
