All employees are encouraged to go into the RAIL system and enter emergency contact information. There have been times when accidents occurred on campus and the employees’ relatives could not be notified because that contact information was not available. The IT Services staff has prepared instructions for entering and changing your emergency contact information in RAIL. To get to those instructions, please click here. You can also get to them by going into the Shepherd site, and then going to the IT Services site by putting /itservices at the end of the Shepherd URL. Once you are on the IT Services page, click on the Employee button at the bottom of the page, and then click on Emergency Contact Information in RAIL under the Other Resources section.
