What type of student are you?
The application process, requirements, and deadlines vary by student status. To learn more about application specifics, select the status below best describing you and your education path.
Student Status |
Definition |
First-Time Freshman (First Time in College) | Current high school senior or recent graduate that hasn’t enrolled in another college/university since graduation. |
Transfer Student | Students who attended another college/university following high school graduation and now wish to attend Shepherd. |
Readmitted Student | Former Shepherd students who’ve taken time off from their studies and now wish to return. |
Transfer-Readmit Student | Former Shepherd students who’ve attended another institution and now wish to re-enroll at Shepherd. |
International Student | Students who aren’t U.S. citizens or permanent residents. |
High School Student (Dual Enrollment) | Current high school students wishing to take courses at Shepherd while still enrolled in high school. |
Non-Degree Seeking Student | Students wishing to take credits to transfer to another institution or enroll in courses for personal enrichment. |
Graduate and Professional Studies | Completers of an undergraduate program who now wish to pursue further education. |
