Ram Road Trip: Shepherd Alumni Tailgate @ Frostburg

RAM ROAD TRIP! – sponsored by Decker & Company, PLLC
Join us for the Shepherd Alumni Tailgate at Frostburg! Let’s paint Frostburg blue and gold! All alumni, family, and friends are invited to join us before the Shepherd Rams take on the Frostburg Bobcats. Food and soft drinks provided, BYOB (bring your favorite beverages), Bring a chair and your Ram spirit!
The Shepherd Alumni Association has space in Frostburg’s Location: Frostburg State University – Tailgate Lower Lot, right beside the stadium (Section AA, spots 56 & 57 – CLICK FOR MAP).
A hotel room block has been reserved at Hampton Inn by Hilton (11200 New Georges Creek Rd, Frostburg, MD 21532):

— 20 rooms available at $189/night (Saturday 8/30–Sunday 8/31)
— First-come, first-served
— Mention Shepherd Alumni Association to receive the special rate

Frostburg’s Tailgate Policy
Purchase your games tickets ahead and/or your own space in the lower tailgate lot
— Paid parking in the lower lot (w/ tailgating) is $40
— Paid parking in their upper lot (no tailgating) is $10
— Unpaid parking option are available across Frostburg’s campus. There will be signage and Frostburg staff members directing traffic.

This event, traditionally held during spring commencement week each year, has been moved to the fall 2025 semester. A letter noting this change will be sent to the Class of 1975 and all prior classes in March with an official invitation to the event following in August.
