2026 Alumni Association Golf Tournament

35th Annual SUAA Homecoming Golf Tournament
Friday, October 16, 2026
The Club at Cress Creek
check-in/breakfast begins: 7 a.m.
tee time: 9 a.m.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AND ALL TEAM SPOTS ARE FULL. iF YOU STILL HAVE A FEE TO PAY, PLEASE USE THE SINGLE GOLFER OPTION ON THE FORM. NO MORE FULL TEAMS ARE BEING TAKEN AT THIS TIME.

Golfer Information:
Single Golfer ($175) – each individual on your team has the ability to pay individually. Tax deductible at $65.
Foursome ($700) – register your whole team with one transaction! Tax deductible at $260

Sponsorship Opportunities:
Hole Sponsor ($150) – one hole sign displayed on the course. Fully tax deductible.
Breakfast ($500) and Dinner ($750) Sponsors – sign displayed on the buffet table and promotional announcement on SUAA website. Fully tax deductible.
Bronze Ram ($2,000) – one hole sign displayed on the course, company logo in the program, golf foursome, promotional announcement on SUAA website and social media. Tax deductible at $960.
Gold Ram ($3,000) – one hole sign displayed on the course, company logo in the program, company banner displayed on clubhouse porch, golf foursome, promotional announcement on SUAA website and social media. Tax deductible at $1,960.

To properly fill out the online form, follow the below instructions:

  1. If paying as a SINGLE GOLFER, please include the names of all team members in the provided area. Each team member will need to do the same when paying individually so that we can be sure players are placed on appropriate teams.
  2. If paying for a whole FOURSOME TEAM, please include the names of all team members in the provided area. If none are provided, we will follow-up with you.
  3. If paying for a SPONSORSHIP, provide the below corresponding information in a separate email to kswayne@shepherd.edu:
    (benefits of each sponsorship level are detailed below)

    • Hole Sponsor ($150) – provide the three lines of text or company logo. If you wish to use the same sign as last year, indicate that in your email.
    • Breakfast ($500) and Dinner ($750) sponsors –provide three lines of text or company logo to be displayed on a sign on buffet tables.
    • Bronze Ram sponsors ($2,000) –provide names of golfers in foursome, and three lines of text or company logo for hole sign and recognition in the program.
    • Gold Ram sponsors ($3,000) –provide names of golfers in foursome, three lines of text or company logo for hole sign and recognition in the program, and a banner to be displayed on the clubhouse porch.
  4. If you wish to pay by check, please fill out the registration form (2026 Player/Sponsor Registration Forms) and return to:
