Find a Classmate
Looking for a long lost roommate, club/org member, or someone you lost contact with? Let the SUAA help! Click the button below to fill out the ‘Find a Classmate’ form. The process is simple and private. After you provide your contact information with us, we will reach out to the person(s) indicated on the form, with your approval, and provide them with your contact information. Request Your Official Transcript
Official transcripts can be requested by visiting RAIL or by using the downloadable transcript request form. Transcripts are free for the first requested, then are $5.00 each. Downloaded transcript requests should be emailed to register@shepherd.edu, faxed to 304-876-5163, or mailed to the adress below.

Order Replacement Diploma
The Diploma Request must be completed and signed by the graduate, confirming the graduate’s name, date, and awarded degree, and must be accompanied by a $20 reprinting fee made payable to Shepherd University. The reprinted diploma requires approximately one month minimum production time. Click here for more information.
