The Student Center offers a number of different meeting and event spaces which are available for reservation. If you would are interested in determining if the Student Center offers an appropriate setting for your event, please contact Conference Services.

If you would like to have food served during your event, please notify us when you make your reservation. The Student Center is not responsible for coordinating catering, but Shepherd University offers a catering service. You may contact Shepherd Catering at (304) 876-5145, or visit their webpage.
Parking may be limited on campus during semesters when classes are in session. You can obtain a temporary parking pass from the campus police by contacting (304) 876-5374.
Pets are not allowed in the Student Center, with the exception of service animals.
