My name is Hannah Williams-McNamee, and I’m a Success Coach for the Shepherd Success Academy and the Assistant Director of the Student Success Center. I’m excited to tell you more about our program! The Shepherd Success Academy (SSA) is a unique opportunity geared to help First-Year students with their transition from high school to college. During this semester-long program students will receive additional support through their first year.

 One-to-one weekly meetings with a personal success coach who will work with you throughout your first semester at Shepherd |
 Create a personalized success plan with your coach to help you maintain strong grades and positive relationships on campus |
