Retirement Plans

Group Retirement Plan

Full-time employees are required to participate in a group retirement plan through TIAA. Employees must contribute 6% of their gross salary to their retirement accounts, and that is matched with a 6% contribution by the University.

Supplemental Retirement Plans

Full-time and part-time employees may participate in 403(b) and/or 457(b) supplemental retirement plans through TIAA. To enroll in a supplemental retirement plan, employees must complete a Salary Reduction Agreement Form, which can be found here. Additionally, employees must first complete the enrollment process with TIAA.  Please contact Human Resources if you need assistance.

Beneficiary Updates

Please remember to keep your beneficiary information up-to-date with PEIA and TIAA. It is important that you control who will receive your assets in the event of your death.
