Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial the direct outward dialing access code 9; listen for the second dial tone. Dial the desired number, including an area code.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL
To call last number dialed, lift handset and key ##.
CALL TRANSFER
Advise the calling party that you are going to transfer the call. Press the link, flash or switchhook button once momentarily; special dial tone is heard. Dial the new extension number, ringback tone is heard. Announce transfer call. Replace handset in the cradle.
THREE WAY CONFERENCE
Place the original call on hold by pressing the link, flash, or switchhook button once momentarily; special dial tone is heard. Dial the party’s telephone number; ringback tone is heard. After third party answers, press the link, flash, or switchhook button once momentarily. Now all three parties are connected and can talk.
CALL FORWARD
*To Activate:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial *72; special dial tone is heard. Dial number to which calls are to be forwarded; confirmation tone is heard, replace handset in the cradle.
*To Cancel:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial *73, confirmation tone is heard. Replace handset in the cradle.
CALL PICK UP
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial *71, the call is now connected to your telephone and conversation can begin.

*To Progam or Change:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial *74; special dial tone is heard. Dial single digit code (0 – 9) by which the number is stored and identified, dial the number to be stored and # sign; confirmation tone is heard. Replace handset in cradle.
*To Use:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial * then the single digit code assigned to the stored number.
*To Delete:
Lift handset from cradle; dial tone is heard. Dial *74; special dial tone is heard. Dial single digit code by which the number is stored. Press # sign; confirmation tone is heard. Replace handset in cradle.
