If you would like information about hosting your event at Popodicon, please fill out and submit the following form. Submission of this form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. You will receive an email at the address provided with information about the status of this request within 3 business days of submission.  

Is Group a non-profit entity? (tax-exempt status will be confirmed)
Do you plan to charge admission?
Do you plan to serve food?
Are you seeking approval to serve alcohol?
Location of Event
If outdoors, will you be renting any of the following?
Will you be requiring parking assistance? (Required for 20 or more vehicles)
Will you be requiring audio visual or sound equipment?
