Virtual February 17 Criminal Justice Lecture to feature ATF representatives

SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University’s Department of Sociology, Criminology, and Criminal Justice is hosting a virtual Criminal Justice Lecture Series discussion on Wednesday, February 17, at 1:10 p.m. with representatives from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Baltimore Field Division. Toni Crosby and Amanda Hils will discuss ATF’s role as well as career paths within the agency. This event, which is free and open to the public, will take place via Zoom. Crosby, assistant special agent in charge for the ATF Baltimore Field Division, has been with the ATF since 2000, previously serving as a special agent in Maryland and then in leadership roles in the Denver Field Division and ATF Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Hils, public information officer and recruiter for the ATF Baltimore Field Division, has been with ATF since 2016, previously serving as a public affairs specialist with U.S. Department of Agriculture and in the U.S. Army.
