SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University’s Rude Mechanicals Medieval and Renaissance Players will present three plays about family and gender written by Shepherd University alumni on Friday, July 19, and Saturday, July 20, at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, July 21, at 3 p.m. in Reynolds Hall. The event is free and open to the public, with donations gladly accepted.

“Relative Chaos” by Adam Solomon is a comedy where a seemingly normal family turns out to be anything but normal; “Doubles” by Katy Cousino is a poetic drama in which a daughter struggles to gain independence from her mother; and “The Mad Junk” by Aja Bailey is a black comedy in which Rasputin time travels to the present day from Imperial Russia, causing havoc.
