SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Four Shepherd University students are this year’s winners of the annual Term Limits Paper Competition sponsored by the Term Limits Foundation through the Department of Political Science, Global Studies, and Geography.
Joshua F. Walker, global studies major, Charleston, won $1,500 for first place; Jacob Cross, political science major, Summit Point, earned a second-place award of $750; Jonathan Biedler, political science major, Martinsburg, won $500 for third place; and Zachery Runion, political science major, Kearneysville, received an honorable mention award of $300.
