Laptop Policy

Patrons are responsible for the handling and safe return of laptops.


Replacement cost of a lost, stolen or damaged laptop is the current price of the same or similar model plus a $15.00 processing fee.

If a laptop is damaged while in the patron’s possession, the patron will be responsible for the cost of repairs not to exceed the replacement cost (current price of the same or similar model) of the device.

Missing, damaged, or lost items that accompany the check-out of any electronic device including but not limited to Ethernet cord, power cord, backpack, and/or laptop case will be charged to the patron’s account.
