IT Services – Key Performance Indicators
A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is a metric used to measure IT Services performance in a particular area. IT Services strives to offer the best possible customer service to the entire campus community. These KPIs help us be accountable and transparent as to how we are performing in the specific areas being measured.
