Alumnus, former music chair returns to Shepherd to speak with music majors

Dr. Mark McCoy ’87, former chair of the Department of Music and president of DePauw University in Indiana, visited Shepherd on November 14 to speak to music majors during the Wind Symphony rehearsal. McCoy, the Two River Chamber Orchestra’s founding music director, returned to Shepherdstown to guest conduct Mozart’s Overture to “Don Giovanni” during the Orchestra’s November 17 10th anniversary concert.
