The first official step toward becoming a Shepherd Ram is submitting the non-refundable $100 enrollment deposit, securing your spot and beginning the enrollment process.
How can I pay?
We offer three convenient payment methods for the enrollment deposit.
1. Pay Online with Credit Card — Easiest and Fastest!
Log in to the application portal. Select “View Your Decision,” select “Reply to Offer,” and follow the payment steps.
2. Pay via Phone with Credit Card
Call the Shepherd University Business Office at 304-876-5284 to make a credit card payment via phone. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.
3. Pay via Check
Checks in the amount of $100 should be payable to Shepherd University and mailed to the following address. Be sure to include the student’s name and ID number for processing.

What should I do after paying my deposit?
