High School Dual Enrollment

High school students including public, private, and homeschool, have the opportunity to be enrolled in both high school and Shepherd University at the same time, while receiving college and high school credit simultaneously. After the completion of their sophomore year or equivalent, students should talk with their high school counselor, principal, or homeschool educator to see if they are eligible for the Dual Enrollment Program.

To apply for High School Dual Enrollment, students will need to submit:

Students may enroll in a maximum of 11 credits per semester of freshman level courses at Shepherd University. For a list of approved courses for dual credit, refer to the High School Dual Enrollment brochures below.
