Debate and Forensics
The Global Studies Advisory Council serves as an advisory group to the Director of the Global Studies Bachelor of Arts degree program, Dr. Marat Akopian. The board reflects the interdisciplinary nature of the program itself, with representatives from across the Shepherd campus, i.e., Dr. Sally Brasher (History); Dr. Denis Berenschot (Modern Languages); Dr. Jason Allen (Education); Dr. Amanda Mandzik (Economics); Dr. Jeffrey Groff (Environmental Studies); and Study Abroad Director, Dr. Sam Greene (Political Science).
