Shepherd University is committed to providing all members of the community with an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and violence. Any community member who experiences gender-based or sexual misconduct, including sexual assault, relationship violence, or stalking, is encouraged to seek assistance from the resources listed below. All campus community members have the right to make a report to the University, University Police, local law enforcement, and/or the State Police, or choose not to report at all. Shepherd campus community members have a right to be protected from retaliation for reporting an incident and to receive assistance and resources from the University.
