Why do you believe it is important for you to attend college?
It is important for me to go to college in order to equip myself with the knowledge necessary for my career.
What resources do you believe high school students need to help them prepare for college and what are your plans for the future?
I believe high school students should have a person with shared experience to guide them through high school, and in the future, I plan to get a PhD.
Outside of academics, what are your hobbies/extracurricular?
I really enjoy art! Drawing, Painting, Film, everything! My favorite extracurricular is Science National Honors Society.
What advice do you give other first-generation students in high school?
I would advise that student to believe in themselves and remember that there always has to be a “first person” to do something.
5. What drives you to go to college?
I want to make my parents proud, further my knowledge, and challenge myself.
