The Fine Family Trust Scholarship
Established in 2004 by the family of Frada Fine, a Martinsburg High School graduate and lifelong resident of the city, the Fine Family Trust Scholarship was created to help fund future Shepherd Rams’ education.
Each year, a select number of Martinsburg High School seniors, or previous graduates who intend on transferring to Shepherd, are chosen to receive this award, covering full tuition and fees while enrolled at Shepherd.
Eligibility Requirements
- Martinsburg High School (MHS) senior or previous MHS graduate intending on transferring to Shepherd.
- Admitted to Shepherd University (applied and received an acceptance notice) prior to submitting the scholarship application.
- FAFSA filed by the March 1, 2026 deadline.
- Not eligible to receive the West Virginia Promise Scholarship.
Scholarship Application
If you meet all the eligibility requirements outlined above, submit an application for the Fine Family Trust Scholarship by March 1, 2026 at midnight.
