Assessment Cycle Schedule
COLLECTION AND DATA ENTRY
Data collection and entry into WEAVE will occur on the following schedule –
Beginning of Fall Semester 2026: Assessment data collection begins for both for Outcomes and Measures.
- Note: By October 1, 2026: The Director of Assessment will make sure the appropriate assessment projects are loaded in the WEAVE software. Academic Programs/Administrative Units can then load their Outcomes [Academic Programs have Intended Student Outcomes (ISOs); Administrative Units have Intended Administrative Outcomes (IAOs)] and Measures into WEAVE
Spring 2027 semester: Assessment data collected from the Fall 2026 semester entered by assessment coordinator into the WEAVE software by February 1, 2027.
Fall 2027 semester: Assessment data collected from the Spring 2027 semester entered by assessment coordinator into WEAVE software by October 1, 2027.
Spring 2028 semester: Assessment data collected from the Fall 2027 semester entered by assessment coordinator into the WEAVE software by February 1, 2028.
Fall 2028 semester: Assessment data collected from the Spring 2028 semester entered by assessment coordinator into WEAVE software by October 1. 2028.
