• Fall Break, Residence Life Office is open – Halls do not close

• December break extended stay form opens

• Resident Assistant Application opens

• November break extended stay application closes

• Health and Safety Inspections begin at 5:30PM for Dunlop and Printz Apartments

November 18

• Halls close at 10AM, except for the Dunlop & Printz apartments
  • Students do not need to pack all belongings, just essentials 
• Health and Safety Inspections begin at 10AM for all traditional and suite-style hall

November 22 – 24

• University closed, Residence Life main office closed

November 26

• Halls re-open at noon for students to return

December 1

• Housing Application opens for returning and new students

December 6

• December Break extended stay application closes

December 9

• Halls close at 10AM, except for the Dunlop & Printz apartments
  • Students do not need to pack all belongings, just essentials 
  • Apartment residents must be registered for Spring 2024 classes and housing, as well as have an active Fall 2023 Resident Agreement
• Health and Safety Inspections begin at 10AM for all halls

December 22 at 11:45am – January 1

• University is closed, Residence Life main office closed.  Office will reopen January 2

January 6-7

• Hall re-open, residents will sign-up for a move in time block on the Good Living Portal for when they can return to campus

January 12

• RA application priority deadline

January 19

• Last day for Encore/Single room Housing applications

January 14 – January 21

• Week of Health and Safety Inspections (in all halls)

January 22 – February 2

• New RA interviews

February 2

• First Housing Application Deadline

February 4

• Resident Assistant Group Interview (required attendance by all new RA candidates)

February 13 – February 16

• First round of room selection (for applications submitted before February 2)

March 1

• Second Housing Application deadline

March 9

• Halls close at 10AM, except for Printz & Dunlop apartments
  • Students do not need to pack all belongings, just essentials 
• Health and Safety Inspections begin at 10AM for all halls

March 17

• Halls re-open at 1PM for students to return

March 19 – March 21

• Second round of room selection (for applications submitted after February 2, and before March 1)

April 5

• Third Housing Application deadline

April 7 – April 14

• Week of Health and Safety Inspections (in all halls)

April 16 – April 18

• Third round of room selection (for applications submitted after March 1, and before April 5)

April 22 – April 27

• Staff will be available between 9AM-9PM to check students out
  • Students MUST check out with a staff member before leaving campus

April 27

• ALL halls close at 10AM
  • Students must remove all belongings
• Staff members will begin checking rooms for move out

• Fourth Housing Application deadline
