Press release, publication, and calendar requests to University Communications must be submitted via this electronic form to accurately log in and track the many requests received from the campus community each day.
The Office of University Communications will follow up for more information about publications and press releases. Press releases for events will be automatically included on the web calendar; there is no need to make a separate calendar request.
When submitting your request, please be mindful of the date and time of your submission. Some reminders:
- Requests submitted after normal business hours will be reviewed the next business day.
- Requests sent on Saturdays, Sundays, and during university closures and/or holidays will be reviewed the next business day.
- During major campus events such as Homecoming and Commencement, the University Communications team is frequently out of the office to work events — during work hours as well as after hours. Please be understanding if we are not able to get back to you immediately during these busy times.
