Eligibility Requirements
- Acceptance to Shepherd University with all official transcripts received.
- Scholarships may be conditionally awarded until all transcripts are received.
- The deadline to submit transcripts is Sept. 15 for fall semester enrollment and Feb. 15 for spring semester enrollment.
- Achievement of the GPA and credit/degree requirements from the partnered institution (outlined above) and cumulatively if attended other schools.
- Receiving out-of-state tuition costs at Shepherd (not eligible to receive/pay in-state tuition costs).
- Transfer directly from the partnered institution to Shepherd University with enrollment as a full-time student (12+ credit hours per semester).
Renewability
- Scholarships may renewed up to six consecutive semesters.
- Enrollment each fall and spring semester with full-time status (12+ credit hours per semester).
- Earn a minimum of 24 credit hours collectively during the fall and spring semesters of each academic year.
- Consecutive enrollment each semester, excluding summer semesters.
- Maintain a minimum 2.8 cumulative Shepherd GPA.
