Welcome to JC’s homepage!
Shepherd University is proud to include JC the Ram in many of our events on campus. JC has attended football games, marched in parades, greeted visitors to Open Houses, welcomed new students during Orientation, helped reduce student anxieties during finals week, and enjoyed a campus wide celebration of his first birthday. JC has become a true member of the Shepherd family and symbolizes the commitment we all have to our campus.

JC was purchased with donations from with donations from alumni Al ’67 and Sara ’67 Lueck; Holly Morgan Frye ’09 M.A., assistant vice president for student affairs and director of community and congressional relations, and her husband Jim Frye ’68; and Dr. Ben Martz, dean of the College of Business.
