SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The Shepherd University Department of Computer Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering is hosting ShepRobo Fest on Saturday, April 2, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, April 3, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Butcher Center. About 27 teams from kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as teams from Harvard and Penn State are registered to participate. Walk-in registration is welcome, and the event is free and open to the public.
ShepRobo Fest, which is sponsored by KRM Associates Inc. and DMI Mobile Enterprise Solutions, will include Fire-Fighting Robot Contest, Mech-Warfare Robot Contest, Sumo Robot Match, and First Lego League. For more information, visit www.shepherd.edu/cmeweb/srf/index.php.
