Why do you believe it is important for you to attend college?
I think it is important for me to attend college so I can better my overall academic and social life.
What resources do you believe high school students need to help them prepare for college and what are your plans for the future?
Students need a good academic advisor. My plans for the future are to attend a good college/university and pursue a 4-year degree.
Outside of academics, what are your hobbies/extracurricular?
I enjoy playing lacrosse, reading, and hiking.
What advice do you give other first-generation students in high school?
Don’t give up on your dreams because someone tells you to. Do whatever it takes to reach your goal.
What drives you to go to college?
My siblings and I are all first-generation college students. My parents have always wanted the best for us and have allowed me to see the importance and opportunities college gives us.
