- Only employees designated as emergency personnel are to report to work during weather-related disruptions. These employees are notified of their status by their supervisors. For all other employees, do not travel to campus if the University is closed.
- If the University remains open during winter weather, anyone who cannot travel safely to campus must use annual leave to cover the absence or will not be paid for the missed time. Annual leave must be submitted. A link to the full policy is available here for employees who need additional details.
