SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The Shepherd University Alumni Association (SUAA) is making plans to host its fourth Roaming Rams Travel Program trip, Sunny Portugal, in spring 2022 and is offering two information sessions for those interested in going on the trip.
SUAA will host an in-person information session on Wednesday, September 15, and a web-based session via Zoom on Tuesday, September 21. Both sessions will begin at 6 p.m.
Highlights of the 10-day trip, which will depart May 14, 2022, include the Portuguese Riviera, Lisbon, Belem, Obidos, Sintra, Arraiolos, Evora, Alentejo, Monsraz, Lagos, Algarve, Faro, and Tavira, Azeitao. There will also be visits to a cork factory, winery, and four UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Twelve meals will be included in the price.
