- Tips before you register:
- Check the add/drop deadline
- Use this form to petition to add or drop a class after the deadline
- Alternate Registration PIN is 999999
- Registration Codes:
OLA or OLS – Online instruction, either asynchronous or synchronous
HYA or HYS – Hybrid instruction, either asynchronous or synchronous
FTF – Face to face, fully seated class, traditional instruction
HYF – HyFlex, instruction offered both fully seated and online. More information can be found by clicking here.
VESi – Course taught by partner Virtual Education Software (read more here)
CS – Course taught by partner Calmer Schools (read more here) - Want to take more than 9 credits?
- Step ONE: Register for 9 credits on My Shepherd
- Step TWO: Once you have registered for 9 credits, call the registrar’s office (304-876-5463) and let them know you are taking EDPD courses and want to take over 9 credits. You will need to let them know your student ID number. They will then put in the override to be able to register for up to 18 credits.
- 18 credits is the maximum per semester for EDPD
