35th Annual SUAA Homecoming Golf Tournament

Thank you for participating in the 2026 Shepherd University Alumni Association 35th Annual Homecoming Golf Tournament! We’re excited to have our Ram Fam back on campus! We are limited to 30 team (120 players), so please register early! A waiting list will be started when capacity is reached and any canceled/open spaces will be backfilled in the order waitlist names are received.
Golfer Information:
Single Golfer ($150) – each individual on your team has the ability to pay individually. Tax deductible at $65.
Foursome ($600) – register your whole team with one transaction! Tax deductible at $260
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Hole Sponsor ($150) – one hole sign displayed on the course. Fully tax deductible.
Breakfast ($500) and Dinner ($750) Sponsors – sign displayed on the buffet table and promotional announcement on SUAA website. Fully tax deductible.
Bronze Ram ($2,000) – one hole sign displayed on the course, company logo in the program, golf foursome, promotional announcement on SUAA website and social media. Tax deductible at $770.
Gold Ram ($3,000) – one hole sign displayed on the course, company logo in the program, company banner displayed on clubhouse porch, golf foursome, promotional announcement on SUAA website and social media. Tax deductible at $2,250.
To properly fill out the online form, follow the below instructions:
- If paying as a SINGLE GOLFER, please include the names of all team members in the provided area. Each team member will need to do the same when paying individually so that we can be sure players are placed on appropriate teams.
- If paying for a whole FOURSOME TEAM, please include the names of all team members in the provided area. If none are provided, we will follow-up with you.
- If paying for a SPONSORSHIP, provide the below corresponding information in a separate email to kswayne@shepherd.edu:

- Hole Sponsor ($150) – provide the three lines of text or company logo. If you wish to use the same sign as last year, indicate that in your email.
- Breakfast ($500) and Dinner ($750) sponsors –provide three lines of text or company logo to be displayed on a sign on buffet tables.
- Bronze Ram sponsors ($2,000) –provide names of golfers in foursome, and three lines of text or company logo for hole sign and recognition in the program.
- Gold Ram sponsors ($3,000) –provide names of golfers in foursome, three lines of text or company logo for hole sign and recognition in the program, and a banner to be displayed on the clubhouse porch.
