Welcome to Potomac Place
Potomac Place is a suite-style residence hall that offers double and single-occupancy rooms with semi-private bathrooms for each suite (no more than two residents will share a bathroom). Most students are assigned to double-occupancy rooms with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared foyer area. Limited single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional fee and are prioritized for residents with ADA housing accommodations. Single-occupancy rooms contain two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a shared foyer. Study rooms and lounges are accessible 24/7 on each floor. The first floor features a community kitchen, pool table, vending machines, and free laundry facilities.

- Single Room: $4999 per semester

Note: All residents, except those living in Dunlop & Printz Hall apartments, are required to have a meal plan.
