MUSICAL DISCOVERIES
Spring 2026 Dates: Tuesdays, March 17 – April 14 (5-week session) 5:00-5:30 pm
Ages 18 months – 3 years old (with parent/caregiver)
This in-person interactive class for children and caregivers will introduce the young student to the rudiments of music. The class will explore songs, echo songs, creative movement, rhymes and finger-play. We are going to play a large variety of rhythm instruments (such as drums, rhythm sticks, wood blocks, triangles and many more).
Ms. Frauke Higgins has a Masters Degree in Music Education and is an experienced early childhood music educator and piano instructor. She has taught classes to young students since 1990.

PRESCHOOL MUSIC
Spring 2026 Dates: Tuesdays, February 10 – March 10, (5-week session) 5:00-5:40 pm
Ages 4 months – 6 years old (with parent/caregiver)
This popular class is designed to prepare the child for later instrumental studies of voice lessons. The group will play wood, metal and shaker instruments, large Orff instruments, sing songs and echo songs. They will develop their listening skills (ear training) and will work with creative movement and circle dances. Younger children love to observe and copy older children. Older children will help to lead the group in musical activities, games and songs. Everybody will have fun!
