Classified Employees Council
Mark your calendars now for the Classified Employee and Staff “Grab & Go Breakfast” on November 14, 2018 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Storer Ballroom. The breakfast is free. We will raffle off the items pictured above and the proceeds will support the Classified Employee’s Children’s Scholarship Fund. Basket descriptions: 1. Rams stadium seat, Shepherd University baseball cap, & Shepherd University t-shirt (large). Compliments of: SU Follett Bookstore. 2. The Classified Employees Council serves as a representative body for the classified employees of Shepherd University and provides a forum for discussion of classified staff concerns. We, the members of the council:
- Encourage the improvement of working conditions for classified staff.
- Facilitate staff input into decisions which affect classified staff by making recommendations to the President and appropriate administrators.
- Convey employee concerns to Shepherd University’s Board of Governors (BOG) and to the state Advisory Council of Classified Employees.
- Foster a spirit of unity and cooperation among employees of Shepherd University.
