SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — Shepherd University’s Department of Music is offering a new concert experience, Jazz-n-Java, on Thursday, April 20, at 7 p.m. in the Marinoff Theater, which will become a makeshift coffee house for the event. Shepherd’s jazz ensemble and jazz combos under the direction of under the direction of Dr. Kurtis Adams, associate professor of music, and Kevin Pace, adjunct music professor, will entertain while coffee and refreshments will be offered.
General admission to is $10 for adults; $5 for Shepherd faculty and staff, alumni, seniors, and students 18 and under; and free to Shepherd students with a valid Rambler ID. Admission and seating is first-come, first-served and reservations are not taken. The box office opens one hour prior to performance.
