Code of Conduct
All study abroad applicants must sign an agreement regarding their participation in a study abroad program which highlights:
- Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk and Dangers
- Waiver of Liability
- Responsibility for medical needs
- Participant Conduct
- Travel and Accommodation Disruptions
Code of Conduct
All Shepherd students are still bound by the Shepherd code of conduct while studying abroad. The complete Student Code of Conduct can be found beginning on page 70 of the Student Handbook.
Risk and Release
All participants must understand the inherent risks of studying abroad and release Shepherd University from any liability (to the maximum extent of the law).
