West Virginia DHHR commissioner visits with social work students

SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) Commissioner Jeffrey Pack visited with social work students on Wednesday, January 19. Pack shared information and answered questions about child welfare and adult service programs in West Virginia. He also discussed job opportunities for social workers at DHHR.

Pack was appointed Commissioner of DHHR’s Bureau for Social Services in August 2021. Prior to his appointment, Pack represented Raleigh County in the West Virginia House of Delegates and served as the chair of the House Health and Human Resources Committee.
