R.A.M. Initiative
Ready, Aim, Move! The R.A.M. Initiative is dedicated to encouraging and enhancing healthy lifestyles, mental and environmental wellness opportunities, and social comradeship among faculty, staff, and students as well as the community.
This newly developed walking and jogging trail through campus will feature educational information at each of the 12 in-ground pedestals located strategically across the campus. Sponsor opportunities are available.

Scholarships for School of Recreation, Sport, and Exercise Sciences Majors:
Dr. Sara H. Cree Scholarship: Designated for health and physical education majors. This endowed fund was established by Dr. Cree, who served as the head of the Physical Education department at Shepherd for many years.
Vincent J. Gonino Scholarship Fund: Designated for Recreation and Sport Studies majors in concentration areas of Interscholastic Athletic Administration, Public Recreation and Park Administration, Sport Communication, Sport & Event Management, Sports Marketing, Therapeutic Recreation, and Tourism/Hospitality/Entrepreneurship.
