“Walking to Listen” author Andrew Forsthoefel discovered the power of mindfulness during his walk across the United States and often channeled mindfulness techniques to help him continue to put one foot in front of the other, even on the most challenging days. Being able to tune in to all that he was feeling and experiencing was critical to Andrew’s successful journey – both the physical one and the metaphoric one. What is mindfulness and how can it help us personally, professionally, and collectively?
