In January 2018, Shepherd University’s Debate and Forensics Team won First Place in Team Sweepstakes at the CFA’s Winter Tournament, in Ottawa, Canada!!!
This is a great start to our spring season, especially since we only sent seven (7) students on our team (or about half of our team).
This tournament pitted our students against teams from Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida among others.
